The "languageCode" part should be the actual two-letter code for the 
language or "default" (without quotes for English).

plugin.tx_srfeuserregister_pi1._LOCAL_LANG.default.Company = School
plugin.tx_srfeuserregister_pi1._LOCAL_LANG.de.Company = Schule
