[TYPO3-english] Unable to create schedular task

Hello,

i have activated the core extension scheduler, but i am unable to create a schedular task. When i want to add a new scheduler task the screen remains empty and only showing "No tasks defined yet." When a press save the system gives back dat required fields are not filled in, but no fields are shown in the screen....

I have typo 3 version 7.6.6. running.
