TYPO3 starting with 8.0 has PHP 7.0.x as minimum requirement.
TYPO3 7 LTS works from PHP 5.5.x onwards to 7.0.x.

So TYPO3 7 LTS and TYPO3 v8 can run side by side with PHP 7.0.x.
