[TYPO3-english] upgrade TYPO 3 v.4.4.6 to v.7.0.2

Hello, 

Kindly could you please help me to upgrade my TYPO3 site from version  4.4.6 version to 7.0.2 version. 
I have recently  changed server whose  php version to 5.6 

I'm totally new in TYPO 3.  First time i am dealing with this platform. 

I would appreciate a lot your help described  step by step.
