[TYPO3-english] Image not scaling

Hello All,

After a long time i have remade a old website from me now in 6.7 but i ran in to a problem. In the old typo3 version i can set a image size on the page. Now if i have a image i can't set a image size is it a default or is it that i am missing something. 

How can i get the option to set a image size for a image on one page,
