[TYPO3-english] Difference of TCA label

Hi!

I just want to ask what's the difference between the TCA labels are:

$TCA['tt_content']['column']['layout']['label' = 
'LLL:EXT:lang/locallang_general.xlf:LGL.layout';

and if it's defined in the palette definition:

$TCA['tt_content']['palettes']['frames']['showitem' = '
			 
layout;LLL:EXT:frontend/Resources/Private/Language/locallang_ttc.xlf:layout_formlabel,
			 
spaceBefore;LLL:EXT:frontend/Resources/Private/Language/locallang_ttc.xlf:spaceBefore_formlabel,
			 
spaceAfter;LLL:EXT:frontend/Resources/Private/Language/locallang_ttc.xlf:spaceAfter_formlabel,
			 
section_frame;LLL:EXT:frontend/Resources/Private/Language/locallang_ttc.xlf:section_frame_formlabel
			';

The key "LGL.layout" have a colon ":" and "layout_formlabel" have not. 
But I can find only the use of "layout_formlabel".

Is there a need to have there a differentiation? I haven't found the 
usage of the label with the key "LGL.layout".
