[TYPO3-english] enable/disable imageLinkWrap with If value equals field layout

Hi,

How can I create an If-then-else statement on imageLinkWrap

Need to disable imagelinkwrap (tt_content.image.20.1.imageLinkWrap=0) when
if {
value = 3
equals.field = layout
}

And enable it when the field layout is set to default or other.
Need some help with Typoscript code.
