Very happy I am with Webhost One (http://webhostone.de). I use the shared hosting package for EUR 8.

You can adapt the php.ini, edit your DNS, use it with external domains without extra costs. You can select between some PHP versions (at the moment 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 and 7). Typo3 as 1click install. Many free crontasks etc.
If you have problems, the support is very fast and friendly and gives you good advices.

You have many professional features, but not the problems if own server administration.
