[TYPO3-english] link without cHash doesn't work anymore

Thanks, but I have this already. This setting just change the way 
frontend works when link is not working - if this is 1, it gives TYPO3 
"Page Not Found" error. If this is 0, it doesn't give an error but shows 
some frontend web page - even though not the right one in this case.
