[TYPO3-english] Front end is giving error at fresh install of typo3 7

if you want TYPO3 to display proper pages from teh beginning you need to 
install a starter-package (last question of the Quick-Installer). 
otherwise you have no configuration (and no data!) to display anything.
and that's the error-message you got.
