a new bug would result in a change of some software or configuration:
which software or configuration has changed around that date?
TYPO3? I assume not.
your browser? maybe the handling of uploads in the browser has changed.
your upload may include flash and javascript. maybe there are some
restrictions?
it would be helpful if you can give an error message of your tries to
upload.
other ideas which does not include changed software or configuration:
* you have a new camera and your new photos are way bigger than before
and all new photos are bigger than the (unchanged!) filesize limit for
uploads.
* you have reached the limit of your disk quota and there is no space to
store further photos.
I hope I could help, otherwise: contact your webadmin or your hosting
provider for more error debugging.
