[TYPO3-english] Locallang question

Hi all,

I was of the understanding that labels for plugins in the "insert 
element" wizard was taken from ext:ExtKey/locallang.xml:pi1_title and 
EXT:ExtKey/locallang.xml:pi1_plus_wiz_description

I've got a problem on a 6.2.15 were labels isn't shown and both labels 
for default and selected language is defined.

And yes I've cleared Cache, and rm -Rf /typo3temp/Cache, and no that 
doesn't help either.

Now 3 plugins had this problem, the 1. one I added the missing labels, 
and it worked as expected. But the last 2 doesn't seem to care about any 
changes I do.
