[TYPO3-english] Custom TS menu - output description/abstract

Hi everyone,

I'd like to create a custom menu that outputs/renders both the link and the page's description/abstract on to the page.

Example:

Link A
This is the pages description

Link B
This is the description for page B

I've had a look around and can't find any TS that does. Can it be done?

Any help would be great,
