this are SysemExtensions:
CSC = css_styled_content (configuration in TypoScript ... the old style)
FSC = fluid_styled_content (configuration in new fluid html partials)

imho is CSC in new installation deactivated
Warning: using both may cause in other problems
Tipp: using ONE of them, the old CSC or the new FSC
