[TYPO3-english] Using TYPO3.CMS.git as submodule

Yes, it's not evil. But it's more individual configuration for every 
customer. My credo is always: Keep it simple.
Also if there is more configuration for each project, there will be more 
space for errors and at least not every server will support this.
