[TYPO3-english] Using TYPO3.CMS.git as submodule

Hi Markus!
Thank you for helping, but the problem is still remain. The vendor
directory will not pushed to the project repo and so it will not
depolyed to the server. In this case it's needed to run the composer on
the server again, what I want to prevent.
