[TYPO3-english] t3users extension - localang file not picking up language strings

Add an extra language to the localang.xml file but the language strings aren't being picked up in the FE even after clearing caches etc.

			<label index="error">Gwall</label>
			<label index="label_wrong_pass">Mae'r cyfrinair yn anghywir. Ceisiwch eto.</label>
			<label index="label_login">Mewngofnodi</label>
			<label index="label_logout">Allgofnodi</label>
			<label index="label_username">Enw defnyddiwr</label>
	...
		</languageKey>

Tried reporting and issue on forge but i get an internal error.

Any ideas on how to resolve this or where to report this bug?
