[TYPO3-english] realurl and images

Hi

I am looking at realurl and its basics anew.

I have a page with a text+image content element, ' Enlarge on Click
Enabled' for the image. 

url for the 'enlarged' image is still rendered as something like 
http://localhost/web/index.php?eID=tx_cms_showpic&file=9&md5=9f8....aac
¶meters[0]=YT...Aw¶meters[1]=bS...GJh&parameters[2]=Y2...Zh&parameters[
3]=c2...t9

Is there a way to configure a nice url for images? Or do i need a
different ext (fl_realurl_image)? Or is there some other trick?
