did you already try to run the TYPO3 4.5 site with PHP 5.6?
Yes, it is not supported, however it might just run properly anyway. [1]

If it really doesn't work, then updating to TYPO3 6.2 is the easier
option, I think. It's a smooth update, really.

But if you really want to run apache with different php version, a quick
google for 'apache different php per domain' found me this. [2]

It's a rather old article and also related to a windows server, but I
think some of it should still be applicable. Better test it in an
development environment first of course.
