No, please use
https://github.com/FriendsOfTYPO3/compatibility6/blob/master/Migrations/Code/ClassAliasMap.php
to see that it should be changed to

\TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\ExtensionManagementUtility

You may temporarily install extension "compatibility6", this will let
you upgrade more easily if you have other extensions still using
outdated API.
