[TYPO3-english] RSA Authentication

Hi, have just transferred a typo3 site to a new server (local). The only challenge I'm having now is my frontend giving me this error 
''Front End User Registration (sr_feuser_register): Required RSA auth backend not available''

I have cleared all caches, I have RSA authentication extension installed but still no breakthrough. This is making my other pages not work. They display but i can't open them. Any ideas please?..
