[TYPO3-english] Media archive

[Typo3T Hi]

Hey,

my goal is to create a media archive where users can upload their own media and view/rate the media of the community. Since I am new to typo3, I would like to know if there exist any templates which can help me a lot with this project. It would be nice, if someone could give me a short overview which templates could be interesting for me and how i could possibly implement it.
