[TYPO3-english] give access of user to admin tools

Hi ,

 

I want to give access of backend user or group to Scheduler (located in
Admin Tools of backend) , 

Only to Scheduler, not to all of the Admin Tools

Is it possible or only admin user has access to Admin Tools
