[TYPO3-english] linkvalidator: faulty link not recognised

Linkvalidator checks fields based on the TCA settings of the property 
"softRef" [1]. If the field doesn't have the right settings (or no 
settings at all) for softRef Linkvalidator will not try to analyse the 
contents to check links inside.
