Short answer: -> 4.5 -> 6.2 -> 7.3

Long answer:
The Upgrade Wizards in 6.2 contain the changes from versions between 4.5 
and 6.2; any changes before 4.5 are not included [1]
The Upgrade Wizards in 7.x only support upgrades from 6.2

Upgrades from one LTS version to the next are supported; you cannot skip 
an LTS version. Any other versions need to upgraded to the next LTS 
release first and can then go from LTS to LTS.
