[TYPO3-english] Email Is not Sending from Typo3

Hi,
  I am using PHP file inside the Typo3 and trying to send the email. 
  But I am getting the SMTP authentication could not do error. 

  But at the same time same code  from a normal PHP file it sends the Email.
 
 Please anyone help me  what would be the issue  ?
