[TYPO3-english] Unable to include a php file

Hi,
  I have created a php file under the doc folder(doc folder contains typo3, typo3conf ,fileadmin etc... folders)  in typo3. And now i want to include another php file from same directory. Which is not happening.

 For example :  /doc/mynew.php and i want to do a require myanother.php  which is resides in the same folder.

 It is throwing an error.

Please help me on this.
