[TYPO3-english] Force TYPO3 to cache non-cached pages

there is an extension: crawler [1].
but it seems to be no longer maintained as the last update was oct 2012 
and it has no version compatibility set, and so it is not listed in TER 
without ignoring compatibility (checkbox)
