[TYPO3-english] Link to another page(section) on a one page design

Good evening,

   I have a one page website design, so each page is actually a  section, 
i would like to have a link of one page to another page however in the rte the result i get is :

http:// server.local/en/test/

what i would like to have is :

http:// server.local/en/#test

( if i try to link to the content element of the other page i get; http:// server.local/en/test/#c373 )


Is there a way to add the hash for the typolink in the RTE and also for the DCE ?
