Hi,

I made a minimal extension to handle drag&drop in list view : https://github.com/morinfa/listview_dnd
I spoke to developpers on Slack, and I know this solution is not a good one because it doesn't help to cleanup the existing code.
At least this extension is simple, and I don't really have time to rewrite the list module.
