[TYPO3-english] Drag&drop to sort records in list view

Drag&Drop exists already in the page tree and using a laptop with touchpad
I'd like to switch the option off.
It happens sometimes that I move some pages without desire and today I had
a case where I never knew if it was a customers purpose how pages are
sorted or if I moved it without intention.

So Drag&Drop is a nice feature, but not always welcome.
