[TYPO3-english] english eBook recommendations for typo3 6.2 - "in a nutshell" style

I want to ask you for your experience.

I am looking for some really good books (ebooks are preferred) to teach all
relevant parts of typo3 6.2.
They should be tight and compact and focussed on practical usage.

Do you have recommendations?
If not - what are your preferred webpages?
