[TYPO3-english] unwanted memory exhausted error in typo3 7

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 79 bytes)  in /var/data/www/pits/hoja7/lts_src/typo3_src-7.6.0/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Type/Enumeration.php on line 150

error happens  while allocating 79 bytes(even when it has 134217728 bytes ) .i did set the php  memory limit to -1. still the error persists. any idea?
