[TYPO3-english] trouble with Sphinx manual, kickstart has disappeared

Struggling with Sphinx extension and the syntax it managed to get me 
grumpier and grumpier, so don't take it personal.
Why not just write HTML if you want it to be rendered as HTML..

Ok, thanks for the explanation.
I solved the problem by creating a dummy extension in the extension 
builder, and then copy the Documentation folder to the original extension.

This triggered some errors but I finally managed to get rid of them.
