I have set following in my firewall.conf file

OUTPUT-TCP-HOST ocsp.comodoca.com
OUTPUT-TCP-HOST connect20.magentocommerce.com
OUTPUT-TCP-HOST www.mpay24.com test.mpay24.com
OUTPUT-TCP-HOST repositories.typo3.org
OUTPUT-TCP-HOST ter.typo3.org/extensions.md5
OUTPUT-UDP-PORT 53

So I added ter, but still the same error message appearing
