[TYPO3-english] Cooluri multidomain: avoid numbering of pages

Hi,

CoolUri itself doesn't add numbers, it's not capable of doing it. I 
assume you are using a field that's marked as unique. Is it alias? You 
can change the configuration of the field to be uniqueInPid to avoid 
numbering.
