as this stated clearly: the table 'fe_session_data' is missing from your 
database.
we don't know why it is missing, that will be your job to detect.

how can the table be regenerated?
go to install tool (<domain>/typo3/install/) and
enter "Important actions"
first button is [Compare current database with specification], which 
will make a diff between your database and the database TYPO3 wants to 
use. afterwards you will have the possibilty to fix any differences. 
(including creation of missing tables)
