Just for the record. There is no need to have both, included TSconfig 
files AND database records, although it will work. Usually the way to go 
is to use file based TSconfig wherever possible, since this will 
automatically solve the autoincrement problem you may get with database 
records.

Still you can use databse records if there is no option to have them 
included from files, but then you should use the alias fields to 
eliminate autoincrement as well.

This way you can make sure that your layouts will work even after moving 
them to another server which might have got layouts already.
