[TYPO3-english] Typo 4.5 to 6.2 upgrade eng language translation not working

I upgraded typo 4.5 v to 6.2 v.
everything working fine but when I try to switch de to en language then the page is not translated

I setup the following typo script in setup section of template:

[globalVar = GP:L = 1] 
config.sys_language_uid = 1 
config.language = en 
config.locale_all = English
config.htmlTag_langKey = en 
config.locale_all = en_EN.UTF8
[global]

I call the ur by example.com/en/product.html?L=1
it is not working on  6.2v but was working on 4.5 v

Please help me
