[TYPO3-english] conditions

hallo,

i'm using typo3 6.2.10 and powermail for my forms.. its a multi-step from with a couple of pages. The problem I have is with powermail conditions using powermail extended, it does not display the dependency property on the pages but shows well in the page fields. anybody knows how I should apply the conditions here because I would like to filter (hide/show) both pages and some of their respective fields?
