yes everything is ok, with the permission, even i run command "/Absolute/path/typo3-instance/typo3/cli_dispatch.phpsh scheduler" and it is working , but dont know why the newsletter is not getting send on scheduled time,
i dont know if this needs to execute this commmand in any interval of time or any other changes required,,...
