[TYPO3-english] Version history missing in TER

Hi guys,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to report this but I currently 
have a problem with one of my Extensions in TER:

I uploaded a new version earlier this day [1] using the web uploader and 
the new version is on-line but the old version simply disappeared 
(version 0.0.1). Nothing in the download graph and in the version history.

Can someone help me here? Or should I open an issue in forge?
