I would start from beginning since you've deleted the database anyway - 
seems you have only one step to go back and this way you would get a 
fresh start. So, I would just delete the files and folders, unpack the 
installation package again and create the new install file. Should work. 
Of course if you have made some adjustments to files, then you should 
think twice.
