[TYPO3-english] 6.2.5 template analyzer shows wrong templates constants/setup

Correction, I was on 6.2.6. Dropping back to 6.2.5 and 6.2.4 hasn't
changed the behaviour. Removing a couple of extensions installed in the
last day or so doesn't have an effect. Looking at sys_template in
adminer shows the correct data in constants and setup. Checked
reference index and it's fine.
