Thank you Sinisa, unfortunately the extension image_autoresize only processes images smaller than X bytes or pixels.
What I need is to force TYPO3 to always process images in FE cause editors could also upload small images but still not web optimized.

Probably I could use a hook or signal to achieve what I want but I wonder if there is already a core solution for this.
