[TYPO3-english] typo3 6.2.5 image options disappeared

Hi Folks,
I installed a new fresh T3 version 6.2.5 and noticed that when I edit a new  cType as
text w/Images  the palette:

Image Adjustments
Width (px)
 
Height (px)
 
Border
Enabled

is not available (?) disappeared (?) bug (?); T3 v.6.2.4 shows correctly the fields above and allows to resize the images per height or width.

Is this a bug or e feature?
