[TYPO3-english] Re: How to enable "select & upload file" in BE

I've read through this post  and also through the bug report https://forge.typo3.org/issues/59589 , but I'm still not able to get this button for my editors.

My editors have only access to a folder under fileadmin, and they shouldn't be able to see other user's files. I've tried creating a "user_upload" folder under the folder they have access. No luck. I've also tried creating new file mounts with "user_upload" name, and also no luck.

Could someone please write down their exact setup of this?
