[TYPO3-english] Bootstrap Intro Package 6.2.6 - is it working properly for anyone at all? and previous versions?

Hello

I have installed the Bootstrap CMS Intro package version 2.0.0 (25.03.2014) , Typo3  6.2.6
Server: Linux CENTOS 5.7 x86_64 xenpv

The installation appears to be OK, but the following does not work:

Inserting images:
  Content Element > Standard > Text & Images  ( or Images)
     Add image (under image) appears to work ok, but when saving the page, nothing happens. No image, nothing.

Editing the template
  Template > Contstant Editor > Bootstrap styling
     'Connecting' ..... seems to loop and does nothing.

Inserting a bootstrap carousel
  There seems to be nowhere to add the carousel's images

Is one supposed to add TypoScript or do something else (in addition to the plug n play installation) in order for the above to work in their simplest format?

Any thoughts including pointers to documentation welcomed.

If the above are bugs, where is it best to post the bug info?
