[TYPO3-english] Fluidcontent 4.1.1 - new content wizard problem

Hi,

I've got my fluid content definition like this:

<flux:form id="reference" wizardTab="EFTST" 
icon="{v:extension.path.resources({extensionName: 'eftest', path: 
'Icons/Main.png'})}" label="FAQ" description="Položka FAQ">
             <flux:field.input name="nadpis" label="Nadpis" required="1"/>
             <flux:field.text name="text" label="Text" 
defaultExtras="richtext[]:rte_transform[mode=ts]"/>
         </flux:form>

However, no new tab is crated, the content item is available under 
Plugins with default icon, not the one defined, and above that is some 
empty icon (see http://snag.gy/d36zV.jpg).

It's fine on my local.

Any ideas?
