[TYPO3-english] set [BE][interfaces] for specific BE user

Hi,

If you set [BE][interfaces] to "backend,frontend" a BE user can choose 
to login directly to the FE without the extra frames on the left (web, 
site root).

Is it possible to set this at user level? So that if a specific BE user 
logs in he can only see the frontend (without all the extra frames on 
the left (web, site root))?
